Sennay ka sahi ubhar khawateen kay husn ka aik lazmi hisa hai. ghiza aur
bacho ki nasho numa ka fitri amal b ais par qaim ha. senay ka gudaz pan
mard o zan main imtaiz ka sabab bhi hai. Jo larkiyan/ khawateen ais sa
mehroom hoti hain wo mardoo kay liya jazib e nazar, nahi rahti, ais kami
ko dur karnay kay liya, Surah AT TIN, ki pehli aayat rat ko sonay sa
pehlay 100 martaba parhen, senay par dam karen aur baat kiay begar so
jaen, 90 din tak ye amal kartay rahen sena, gudaz aur khoobsurat ho jata
hai, Amal kay sath sath 3 mah tak rozana aik chitank paneer b istamal
karen.

Breasts size Development /Increase Dua. This works for increase in breast size especially girls/women who wants to increase their breast size. This problem mostly occurs for unmarried virgin girls , they want to gain/ increase their breast.
